Information you provide

The contact form collects your first and last name, email address, optional phone number, selected service and project message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss the work you have asked about. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in the message.

Website operation and email delivery

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical request information needed to deliver and protect it. Resend processes form information to send the enquiry to Rowbi’s configured inbox. The form is handled on the server; the email API key is never sent to your browser. Our email provider may also retain delivery records.

How information is used

We use enquiry details to communicate with you, consider a potential project and keep the records needed to manage that relationship. We do not automatically add form submissions to a marketing list or sell your contact details.

Cookies and tracking

This build does not include advertising pixels, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. See our cookie information. External websites linked from our pages have their own privacy practices.

Keeping your information

Enquiries are delivered to our business inbox. We retain information only for as long as needed for the enquiry, a resulting client relationship and applicable record-keeping requirements.
